Can I buy another brewery's custom tap handle?
You may purchase a brewery's custom handle only if you are an agent
of that brewery. For custom orders, please click here for more information or call us
toll free at (877) 855.6383. Otherwise, you will find customizable
handles in our Online Store.
If you are not an agent of the brewery and/or you have your heart set on a collectible handle, we suggest you contact the brewery or auction sites such as EBay.
What is the minimum order requirement?
Please check out our Online Store for a wide selection of standard
tap handles for which there is
no minimum order requirement. For custom shapes, however, there is a
minimum order requirement of 100 pieces.
Can you make me one custom tap handle?
As mentioned above, our minimum order requirement for custom shapes
is 100 tap handles.
If you want just 1 or a few handles, please select from our wide
selection of standard tap handles in our Online Store. Go to the
"Engraveable Handles" section to view and purchase a custom engraved
tap handle.
How fast will I receive my order?
Most orders for standard tap handles are shipped the same day they
are received. If you choose the UPS Standard Overnight delivery
option when checking out of our Online Store, you can receive your
handles as soon as tomorrow if you order by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard
Time.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of custom engraved handles.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer several shipping options from Renton, Washington. These
include UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select, and UPS
Ground.
In what colors do standard tap handles come?
Our in-stock tap handles on the Online Store come in various colors.
